Students at ITI are encouraged to take up problems as a group and to solve them as such. This way they are able to tackle real-life issues and problems after a thoughtful dialogue with peers. The classroom environment is non-judgmental because of which students are able to evaluate situations better and productively.
With group learning, students are able to compare themselves with their peer and therefore gain further knowledge. They learn to elucidate as they engage in discussions with their peer. They also get a chance to interact with people with exceptional skills, who act as role models. Being part of such a group also encourages people to understand new points of view, which helps in growth.
